It has excellent resistance to; abrasion, moisture, alkalis, acid, copper corrosion and varying weather conditions (including sunlight). It is a polyvinyl chloride (PVC) tape that has a high dielectric strength, is flame-retardant and conformable, and provides excellent mechanical protection with minimum bulk.
